The RPF Universal Verifier provides a single, vendor-neutral layer for confirming authenticity across Binder, IoT Gate, or any deterministic data source. It validates receipts and ledger entries using the same explicit acceptance logic, enabling unified verification across multiple data-supply chains.

Each verification run recomputes the deterministic rule set that produced the original receipt. The Verifier confirms inclusion in the appropriate anchored ledger without revealing file contents or internal logs. It supports both public audits and closed-loop compliance checks.

The Verifier recomputes the acceptance state of any deterministic receipt using the same fixed rule set. It compares published ledger anchors and local recomputation, producing a binary PASS/FAIL outcome reproducible anywhere. This creates an open audit trail that regulators or public archives can validate independently of any vendor.

The Universal Verifier turns verification itself into a public utility — a single, transparent path to confirm what is real.
